Thank You?

 “O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” (Psalms118:29)

During this week, we always remember to give thanks to God, but for what? Yeah, we all have the standard textbook “Thank You” list that we use to give thanks; such as: health, wealth, family, friends, employment, life, and every other menial items in our lives. How about this year you truly give God the thanks that He truly deserves…His Mercy.

Yes, you need to thank Him for everything else in your lives, but we so easily forget that you are here, standing right here, because of His Mercy and His Grace, all for the love that He has shown to you be giving His ONLY begotten Son. For without His mercy and grace, you would not be here, right now, standing and praising your Lord and Savior; for only by His mercy and grace you can achieve to live. So now, here is the question, if you give Him the thanks and praise for His mercy and grace, what are you going to do about it?

How about we just tell God “Thank You” and move on with our lives?

or…

How about you tell God “Thank You” and tell someone else about how Jesus had  worked in your life and the mercy and grace He has shown on you?

Remember, God is not sitting on His throne looking down on you and doing nothing. If that was true, God the Father would not have giving His Son, Jesus, to us, to take away the sins of the world; and Jesus would not have said that He is standing at the door knocking. God the Father did something for the sins of the world and Jesus is doing something right now to your heart.

Do something back, be the living testimony for God.
